IEADTT! Where are you?

Haven't been posting much for the past few days. I tried to load up a few extras in the past couple of weeks. Working on the room remodel and transition has taken a little more time. Leaving me with very quick and easy recipes that have already been shared or the obligatory pizza and Chinese takeout, that so often occurs while working on a home project or move.

I'm completely finished with the painting process. All of the cable installations, as well as internet have been taken care of. Curtains hung and large pieces of furniture moved. Getting back to the normal routine should happen within the next couple of days. Recipes to come. I am working on a country fried steak dinner for tonight. Don't know if I will actually perfect it but you'll know when I do.
