With my mind made up to just be healthy, no more diets, no more major junk food binges, I went in search for a replacement for my powdered drinks and stand by diet soda! Water is of course the obvious choice for the most healthy liquid, but one cannot survive on just the flavor of water alone. I have been eating lots of fresh fruits and had about half a bowl of pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, and blueberries left, I threw them in the blender with a little water and about 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and there you have it, the fresh fruit cocktail punch! Very little sugar, very healthy and crazy refreshing!

This can be made with any variation of fruit and berries that you have on hand, however; I do recommend using fruits that you know are going to blend well. Throwing an apple or pear into your blender with just some water may just leave you with a pulpy mess! Melons, pineapple, berries, bananas work great! If you want to make it a frozen drink, obviously add ice then blend, or for a smoothie some plain or vanilla flavored yogurt!
