While on sabbatical during the past couple of months; I had a shift in the way I was thinking about food. Obviously near the holidays and the cold winter season we tend to focus more on comfort and easy to make foods. That's a great concept, but will absolutely catch up with the waistline. Being uninspired with the junk food and eagerly wanting to fit back into some of my favorite clothes, I decided to take "I'll Eat and Drink to That" in a direction that will create delicious, healthy food while demonstrating that healthy food can be as exciting as the full fat!
