Slow Cooker Chicken n Dumplings

Super easy and super delicious!





Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings



-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
-1 family size can Cream of Chicken soup (26 oz.)
-1 medium onion finely chopped
-2 ½ Tablespoons of butter
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon Poultry seasonings
-1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
    -1 can jumbo flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
    - salt and plenty of black pepper to taste


  1. Place the chicken, butter, soup, onion, and seasonings in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover.
  2. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.



*If you don't have the poultry seasoning or celery salt you can substitute sage or instead of water substitute chicken stock.
