In recent months and years I have been steadily concentrating on preparing meals for either, just myself or me and one other. Problem is, recipes and cookbooks generally write the recipes for four or more people. So, I wanted to take the blog in a different direction and concentrate on INDIVIDUALS and COUPLES vs. MULTIPLE people or groups.
I know that everyone can figure out how to cut a recipe in half or divide ingredients. I just think that it's so much easier to double or triple something than to have to reduce it down. I mean, how do you actually achieve half of an egg? Just an example. Not to mention there are single people and couples out there in a world that revolves around a family of four.
I will ALWAYS be available for any questions on amounts on cook times. Just drop a comment or line.
