Too Good Too Easy

I know that this isn't a completely original concept, but my Lord is it good.  Baked chicken breast that looks and tastes fried!

Bone in, skin on chicken breasts drizzled with olive oil and a generous amount of salt and cracked black pepper. Baked in a preheated 435*F oven for 50-55 minutes.  Crispy skin and moist and juicy inside.  One bite and I was in love! Not even that bad for you literally only a tablespoon of olive oil does the trick completely! YUM YUM YUM!!!!!
