One thing that I have always enjoyed but never really cared for making has been a casserole. Not that there is anything wrong with them at all. It's generally one dish and includes everything needed for the meal. It's just a lot of time you have the thought in your head of a canned tuna casserole topped with a bag of potato chips. Kudos, kudos, kudos to "Taste of Home" magazine for the latest issue featuring over 150 recipes for the casserole.
I love the ability to add to or remove something from a recipe and then have a completely different taste and then you make it your own. I revamped a pork and potato dish that was just heavenly.

Pick up a copy and throw a twist of your own. Just think of the recipes as a brief guideline and go wild!
Now chow down ya'll!!
