I made this dish tonight. Still on the get healthy bandwagon. Spaghetti squash with Turkey meatballs. This comes in at less than 300 calories and is absolutely to die for. The meatballs even have carrots in them to add some extra texture and vitamins. Only an egg white and whole wheat bread crumbs as a binder make these a caloric steal at just 60 calories a piece for a pretty large sized ball.
I'll say it again. With meals like this, it's so easy to choose the healthy option.
