Resolution Solution


It's January 2, 2013. The holidays are officially over. Christmas decorations and lights have been taken down and returned to their proper storage spaces. The major amount of calories that were consumed in anticipation of committing to a healthier diet plan have now turned into the extra pounds that are inevitably going to happen during the winter and holiday months. Now it's time to get started on the follow through to that New Year's resolution to get healthy and look great. Yeah! Whatever!

I am working on a solution to the resolution. A way to actually achieve the lofty goals that we seem to set for ourselves every single year. Let's just not think of what we're about to do as a diet. Let's look at it as a cooking and recipe challenge. Begin creating and cooking your favorite foods without loading them full of the fat and calories. Similar to Bobby Deen's   "Not My Mama's Meals" on Cooking Channel.  I think if we try to go in to the challenge as something fun instead of just knowing that by Saturday evening we'll be starving we will all succeed. Thus creating the solution to the resolution.
