Fabulous French Dips




After making my grandmother's recipe for Roast Beef & Noodles, I decided to use up the left over meat to make delicious French Dip sandwiches. I allowed the sliced meat to roast in the Au Jus sauce inside a slow cooker for just about 1 1/2 hours to tenderize and then made up a batch of creamy Horseradish mayo to go along with the sandwiches. They were divine!
