Make it Again but Make it Different


On Sunday evening I made our weekly surf & turf of Shrimp and Steak. After we finished the meal there was still an ample amount of steak left over. Rather than just throwing it out or having another meal of the same, I decided to use the scrumptious left overs, lighten them up and create an entirely different dinner. This concept, as I've said before isn't a new one but I do enjoy sharing the planned over meal ideas.

Tuesday's Meal was Steak Salad with Bleu Cheese and Baked Potato











Two meals, one meat. Total deliciousness! Minus that pack of smokes in the background. That's really classy!
