Some of you may be wondering what in the heck this has to do with food, or restaurant reviews or party planning and cookbooks. Well, the bottom line is this. Since I have been in test kitchens and have had some lack of inspiration, I have just been shoveling anything that has been around into my mouth. Therefore, leaving my body in much worse shape than it has been in, in years. I am currently on the hunt for new and tasty ideas that are going to help me shed these not only unwanted but ridiculous amount of new pounds. I do believe that variety is the spice of life, so I'm hoping for some things that I have never tried before that will also be healthy and low cal!
