I have been really trying new and different ways to eat and be healthy. The problem is, although I am not necessarily trying to lose weight, I do realize that I need to shed some pounds that I managed to pack on after my move back to Atlanta about a year ago. I easily have gained 20-30 pounds since returning and it is really beginning to bother me.
A large part of me(pardon the pun), thinks that I may just be STUCK! Bored with old tried and true weight loss plans that have worked for me in the past, and wanting to try something new and different as well as healthy. I have gone to meatless Monday's, Vegetarian, High Protein and low carb. All have their pros and cons. My challenge is to come up with something that really works and can literally just, become a change in lifestyle.
I am making it my mission to be as truthful and helpful as possible about this "change"! If I find out a combination of things that work for me, I will be passing them along. Wish me luck! Until next time!
