Last night was the second day of the get healthy plan. I decided that a dish from the cooking channel would be great to come in to save the day without being a "diet" recipe, while remaining very healthy.
From "Extra Virgin", the Turkey sausage and Spicy beans is an Italian peasant meal. It is so filling that you would never in a million years dream it was low in calories and good for you.

The recipe serves six. I cut it in half and still had a little left over. This is a whole lot of food!
