I don't know who came up with it or how it was conceived. All I know is that I either LOVE or HATE the concept completely! On the love side. Who really doesn't love a treat at the end of your day or if you just can't sleep? On the hate side. Tell it to my cottage cheese thighs and beach ball like stomach!
I made dinner tonight and had leftovers. First, you know smart me, opts to make up a lunch for tomorrow. Then, fat me decides that what's left may be really, really good later tonight while laying in bed watching TV.
I think that when you're in a relationship the need and desire to snack in bed tends to dwindle. Myself, not currently seeing anyone. The cravings are high! Thus, throwing a monkey wrench in to the weight loss process that will end up landing me a significant other. Unless of course I pay for an add on chubby chasers dot com! Nothing wrong with that!
Possible solution! Only make healthy low cal meals and then at the end of the night, while you're freaking out for something more to eat you end up on the "love" side vs. the "hate" side!
