These tasty appetizers I first discovered while working for Roadhouse Grill. They are a delicious combination of, Jack and Cheddar cheeses mixed with finely diced jalapenos and green onions all rolled up in a deep fried egg roll wrapper. Served originally with marinara sauce I opted to go with sour cream topped with additional green onions. I made these treats tonight for my sisters birthday and last night, but as a finger food wrapped in wonton wrappers. The smaller method is a bit more time consuming but just as tasty and would be a great finger food for a cocktail or holiday party.
We all know that anything tastes great if it's deep fried but these make me again want to have the outer wrap color matched and paint a room of my home "DEEP FRIED GOLDEN BROWN"!
