After going a bit crazy the past couple of weeks, with the weather excuse and implementing "comfort food" week, my body is clearly NOT feeling the way it should! Between the neck and arm pain, comes the sluggish feeling that filling up on junk food and late night snacking always bring. So armed with the knowledge of what needs to occur to get things back to, "Healthy", I launch a semi-detox! Something to get the bad out and the good in. First plan of action HYDRATION. Fill it up with water!
Eliminate the massive amount of diet sodas that have ravaged my poor kidneys, and take a break from saving all of those wine bottles in hopes of turning them in for an iron liver!
Sometimes you just have to give yourself and your body a break! Believe me it lets you know when something is wrong! So with a bottle of water raised in a toast IEADTT!
