Nightly, I always find myself craving a little something. I am not a person that says, "gee I really want Bon-Bons or a box of chocolate." However; I am the person who will tear through an entire bag of chips with absolutely no problem. Trying to eat better and be healthy, this has presented a bit of an issue. The solution. The full belief and knowledge that, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SNACK!!!!
When I started this journey, both blogging and trying to eat healthy, I said that I would be honest and bring my best to the table. Sometimes in my case, it's bring my best snack to the bedroom and watch TV. Tonight is one of my favorite television nights. After a dinner of spaghetti and turkey meatballs with whole grain garlic points, hanging some art work up and doing dishes, I think I have more than the right to indulge in a snack. It doesn't have to be horrible for you, but you have to enjoy it. I like quantity! In food and in love, the more the better! Check your advertisements folks, Special K Cracker Chips are the ticket!
