After the Thanksgiving holiday with all of it's traditional foods and desserts. It was nice to tune in to a cooking show in it's second season on the Cooking Channel. Nadia G's "Bitchin' Kitchin' " is hysterical! The recipes are interesting and the one liners definitely keep you coming back for a second helping. Lines such as "Nothing says will you marry me like this recipe! Except maybe a jumbo tron or waving a positive pregnancy test in his face!" and "Show me a person who doesn't like a fluffy carrot cupcake and I'll show you someone who probably doesn't want this recipe". The humor is equally matched with relatively easy and interesting recipes and blunt honesty from Nadia. She sugar coats nothing. If she says to put something on first she will quickly follow it with because "It takes forever to cook".
I was thrilled to find out that the "Bitchin' Kitchin" cookbook is now available online and in stores. I will most certainly be adding it to my Christmas list or maybe even running out to buy a few copies for friends.
